For Consumers
To file a complaint, create a free account or log in, then click "File a Complaint" in the navigation menu. Search for the business, fill out the complaint form with details about your issue, and submit. We'll forward your complaint to the business and track the resolution process.
No, filing a complaint is completely free for consumers. VRH is committed to helping consumers resolve disputes at no cost.
Most complaints are resolved within 30 days. Businesses have 14 days to respond to a complaint. If they don't respond, the complaint is escalated and affects their Trust Score.
A Trust Score is our proprietary rating system (0-100) that evaluates businesses based on customer reviews, complaint resolution rate, response time, business history, and verification status. Higher scores indicate more trustworthy businesses.
Yes! You can write reviews for any business in our directory. Reviews help other consumers make informed decisions and contribute to the business's Trust Score.
For Businesses
Register for a business account and search for your business. If it exists, you can claim it by verifying your ownership through email, phone, or document verification. If your business isn't listed, you can add it during registration.
VRH Accreditation is a seal of trust that shows consumers your business meets our standards for ethical practices, customer service, and transparency. Accredited businesses receive priority placement and the VRH Accredited badge.
Log into your business dashboard to view and respond to complaints. You'll receive email notifications when new complaints are filed. Respond promptly and professionally to maintain a good Trust Score.
Reviews can only be removed if they violate our terms of service (fake, defamatory, or contain prohibited content). You can respond to negative reviews publicly to share your side of the story.
Your Trust Score is based on: customer review ratings (30%), complaint resolution rate (25%), response time (20%), business profile completeness (15%), and verification/accreditation status (10%).
